TogglePrague City Bike Tour
We explored the scenic streets of Prague by bike on the first day we arrived, as we thought it would be the best way to get to know the city.
We strapped on a helmet, hopped on a bike, and set out with our guide to learn about the historic centre of Prague. It really was an enjoyable ride through Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, Prague Castle, and more.
Below you will find out about the city bike tour and how you can do the same.
Highlights
The first stop is at the old town square where you are given an overview of the historical beginnings of Czech Republic. You will admire the Astronomical Clock, The Old Town Hall, Tynchurch, Jan Hus and much more.
After riding through Letna Park you will arrive at the Royal Gardens where, if not too busy, you can have a look inside (we did not do this). History and facts will be told by your guide making the place really come alive.
Here you will enter the Prague castle with your bikes. This is a pedestrian zone so we had to walk the bikes through the castle district. Every important sight is shown and shared. Here you will also have a look at the famous St. Vitus Catherdral as well.
